Maybe spurs could trade rj, it shoud be easier with his restructured contract. He's isn't getting any younger or better.

Splitter has been on track to averaging a double-double these 4 games.
Maybe that's why he's been pulled in the 4th.
Okay, I missed the first half. Somebody care to explain to me how, with four starters out, Richard Jefferson could still only manage TWO FG attempts? I mean, is that even defensible?
(Not like in, "can the Blazers defend that", because that answer is obvious.)
Looks like there's been an edict sent down from the league to the officials, to make sure they do everything in their power to make sure the Lakers are the number one seed.
How else do you explain the progressively worse officiating? It was already bad recently, yet it's still managed to go to a whole new level tonight. This team is already playing without their three best players and another starter, yet it's as if they're scared that they might win anyway. Every time they get it close, two calls go against them and it's back close to ten. They haven't gotten a 50/50 call yet.
I don't give a damn if they're playing mostly unestablished young players or journeymen, they should still receive the respect that generally accompanies the team with the best record in the league, particularly playing on it's home floor.
This team needs to man up. I realize the Spurs have got a cadre of players who would make the all non-intimidating team, but still. 6-7 220 Wallace is posting up 6-10 (really 6-9) 240 Novak and abusing him? He should be taking it personally that they're going at him in the post with a significantly smaller player.
I realize the defensive personnel isn't exactly great, but this team is bordering on Raptors-esque defensively in the past ten or so games. Part of it is bad luck, but still, this is unacceptable.
Not hard at all to show more heart than Bonner, he is horrible late in the seasons and this year no different.
