All of Europe is second tier compe ion. NBA is the first tier compe ion in the world, and it's not even close.
So yes, technically Splitter was the MVP in second tier compe ion, but he was the MVP of the best league outside of the NBA.

Either way, Tiago comes out looking like the victim and Pop looks like the stubborn and childish dip who lets personal issues get in the way of his team's championship aspirations.
Pop's stubbornness keeps on giving; any free agent considering coming here will have to be willing to potentially blow off a year of his career since Pop might not even play him substantial minutes.

Tiago got murdered on defense against Al Jefferson. Couldn't stop a nose bleed. Very pleased with his help defense/rebounding though.
