The Hadith (Muslim holy law, essentially) says that a body may be buried at sea if the person was killed at sea, OR if burial on land would put the body at risk of being desecrated or dug up.
I'd say the latter desecration kicker was all the justification we needed for doing what we did.

Watching the news this morning. Now they're saying that Osama wasn't armed, but still resisted. In light of the cir stances (dark house, special ops guys were under fire) they're still calling it a legal kill. And the wife wasn't a human shield. She rushed a soldier, got shot in her leg for it, but survived.

I'm not good with photoshops, but I've seen a ton of dead bodies and that looks like an extremely freshly killed one. Yuck
That one is a fake, as well. I actually went on a search for one and saw the new one last night. Saw both pics that they used. Also, for the first one. There are some crafty folks out there. I thought mouse was. Not no more.
