The whole game was called too tight. It wasn't basketball. It was a free throw contest. That's my point. Dirk never went into the paint and shot 24 free throws. That is crazy. At least Durant got most of his free throws on drives to the basket, but the entire game had too many whistles. These are big boys. Let them play basketball. It reminded me of the Mavs-Spurs game a few years back where the teams combined for 99 free throws. How do you get a rhythm when a game is called that tight?

This is the new NBA though so you know already!!!!! It will be this way some nights. Some idiot announcer said when DIRK fouled Durant on a drive this is a flagrant one there and should be called, I said it's a good playoff foul and damn man this shows how pussy the NBA is nowadays. A bump is a flag 1 now it seems.
Very true. I miss the days of teams battling each other all over the floor and combining for about 30 foul shots. That's basketball. Why does everyone hate defense these days?!

BUMP, dishin out the GOODS recently.
Actually, his first 7 free throws were all drives in the paint. That's why I think so many people who complain about the # of free throws didn't watch the game and just make blanket statements looking at the stat line. Dirk got 3 or so questionable calls in the 2nd half but KD did as well and Westbrook too.
