There were several games shown that I want to play. However, there was absolutely zero original IP that I absolutely need in my hands right now. Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Sly 4, and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One are the only games for which I'm super, super eager, but that's just because they're from franchises I'm already hooked on.

I've noticed you like a lot of the same games I like but I just can't get into the Resistance series. I played for about two hours the original one and then for an hour the second one... just can't do it. Feels like a chore. I'm excited for those other sequels you mentioned as well but the game industry is starting to feel a lot like Hollywood.

Only game I'm getting for sure is BF3. I might skip out on buying MW3 new as a " you" to Activision and their Elite . If Bungie and Dice can do it for free they can too. I own every COD game made on 360 up to now. I haven't played the Uncharted series yet but if I get caught up in time it might be worth a look for me.

Halo remake is priced at $40 retail which is reasonable but I'm going to pass until its $20.

My most anticipated game of this year is Gears 3. So glad it comes out earlier in September.

Don't "might", do it for sure. Don't buy it.

Gears 3 is no doubt my most anticipated closely followed by BF3, real close. As a guy who used his psp for 6 years before I broke it a few weeks ago, will definitely be getting the PSVita. That looks badass.

For sure. ID tech5 is impressive. Great time for those that like shooters

btw, it's still a ways off, but ID is also working on Doom4 which will also utilize ID tech5

I have an XBOX 360, PS3 and PC. I game on all three.

I pre-bought Battlefield 3 about a month ago at the local Gamestop.

Beyond that and Skyrim, nothing interests me in the AAA section. I have no time for MMOs, so no Star Wars (even though my brother-in-law is in the beta and says its sweet).

Honestly, I think my time with video games is coming to a close. No time, no ambition to acquire new games anymore save for a few. Better that way. Besides, go on Steam, get old I never played for $5-10 (CitiesXL, etc).
