CJ choking hard.
After that uber- y press conference yesterday, I'm almost happy.
well hopefully CJ is just getting his bad game out now, and is money the rest of the postseason
lol 70"+ TV he has, but never watches
nelson cruz, you and your tendency to swing at every single pitch. i swear you could turn around and throw it into the outfield and he would find a way to get called for a strike on it.
We needed somebody to fill the swing-happy void left by Vlad.
Damn it, I know it would have ruined everyone's "best night of baseball ever" but I wish the Red Sox could have held on and won. There is no team I wanted to face less than the Tampa Bay Destiny Rays.
why did josh sacrifice to the pitcher when the first 2 times he got a hit
especially down 8

I'm moody. I want to play the chocolate bar for the Moody Blues.
The Rays' starting pitching, now and going forward, is just sick.
James Shields for game 2 must seem even more daunting for the Rangers now.
just saw the score...lol talagang crazy
Our best player was the kid who caught Shoppach's first home run on the hill and fired it back to the infield.
All aboard the S.S. Failboat. Your captain: CJ Wilson.
Looked like tonight. Good news is that every time we get our asses kicked we usually rattle off a few wins in a row. Hopefully we can pull that off again, and not choke this away.
That was a Costco-sized can.
True. I think Shields and ickson are pretty solid locks to pitch effectively with their command and swing-and-miss off speed stuff. Oddly enough, the Rangers probably have the best shot to get to the guy with the best pure stuff in Price. They usually mash lefties and fastball-heavy pitchers. Add that Price is hit or miss with his command and you've got a recipe for success.
Of course, with Shields set for a possible Game 5, they'll need to find success against more than just Price.
I didn't know Holland threw a 96-97 MPH fastball. I thought he topped out at like 93-94. Already 29 pitches through 1 inning. I thought he should have gone after Longoria. Seemed like he pitched around him.
Neither did I, but it looks like he's settling into a groove now. If it weren't for Shields looking filthy good, I'd give the Rangers the edge.
son of a , Holland........
Now THIS is the mother ing Rangers.
