Stupid ing comment. If we hear from an ally that they have some do ented proof that a country is planning a terrorist attack, we need to follow up. Especially when that ally is against the war itself, but says it to help prevent a disaster.

Saddam was never a threat to America, was never going to be a threat to America, and was never going to attack America. CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, etc., all have done years of investigative journalism on the matter and agree.
So, as chumpdumper said, why didn't Bush ever use Putin's "tips" as justification for the Iraq War?

Putin had good information that gave probable cause to the notion that Iraq was planning a terrorist attack on the US, information he gave to the US, and Bush, after taking years of being thrown in his face about how the War in Iraq was a horrible decision, never used the information Putin gave him as justification for the War that left a giant stain on his presidency?
