Nonsense he will produce... At james jones type play.
I don't think he'd be happy with 15 minutes a night backing up Wade and James tbh. It would be an even bigger disaster than Iverson in Detroit.

THis has to be fake. I don't see Kobe on any other uniform.
Frankly I've noticed Tim lurking about and it's got me on pins & needles---needles & pins.
Silly Kobe. Win a couple times "on your own**," build up a little good will, and then the second your team isn't wonderfully stacked again and Mr. Superstar doesn't have enough help you once again revert, and reveal yourself as still the same petulant little prick you always have been.
This thread is complete B.S….Kobe did not say any of that, what a bunch of sheep!
So far, Bryant is not complaining, saying this is not like the situation in the spring of 2007, when he asked to be traded.
"Nah, the one time I got really upset is, I came to the realization that they were just cutting costs, just having me run around, score 40 points a night and generate revenue and not pay anybody," Bryant said. "I don't believe that's the case now. They tried to make moves, as you can see. They tried to get Chris. And they're talking about trying to get Dwight. So I'll just stay out of their way and let them do it."

^Put 'em on a short leash, Kobe.
Real short.
Look Kobe is my current favorite player, but Im not above trading him for the right deal or amnestying him down the road. Kobe is NOT bigger than the Lakers franchise. And though it would be great to see him retire in purp & gold ...and it will kill me to see him drop 40 as a vistor in staples ...
I would do it if it would help. NJ is the one team I could see trading for Kobe if the Howard thing fails. Kobe would help open the Brooklyn arena ... and a trade built on Dwill would work ...
Again, im not advocting any of this. Just saying Im not one of those sentimental types that feels you cant trade a superstar who has won les. IF joe Montana could be let go traded ...why can't Kobe?
It’s all a moot point, even Dan Gilbert won’t take on that 90 million dollar contract…![]()
No one is taking Kobe's nuclear contract. That being said, I'm happy it isn't true.
like his chucking counterpart iverson
tee, hee
This.
Kobe's contract iss so big, I don't think he can be traded even if he wanted.

I hate the guy, but dunno if it's because of the uni or him. Either way, I'd love him on the Spurs. And I'm sure any fan of any team (well, most) would love him too on their teams. Problem is he simply can't be traded. His contract is simply too big.
you coined bag I improved it to bag of
You must be Mr McDowell.

no one is claiming his contract though, the black bag mamba would get paid giant $ and the only thing he'll do is jackup stupid shots he's no business of making and kill his own team tactically

“It’s not just because [the Clippers] got Chris Paul, which is a guy that he expected to have."
Of course he did.
Recruit me every all star in the west or trade me..
