6.0 would not be cheese cake. It would be 6.0 Krispy Kreme.

I already knew it was 1Q. I want a specific date.
Don't ask for a date, it'll only make you mad.

ok. i've got a week or so of hands-on ICS usage. i'm liking it a bit more. didn't like the updated stock browser but i got ICS+ like someone suggested on here and that works way better for me. one thing i don't like is my phone idles at around 400mb of RAM when it was usually 280mb on gingerbread. i like how you can now disable services and i freed up some RAM but it's still a little laggy. ah well.

I updated my Note to ICS 4.04 and now it absolutely s on iOS. The phone flies, the functionality (already pretty sweet) was enhanced with some new S-Pen apps, and the NFC is now active. Dunno what I'm gonna do with it, but it works.
I can't imagine Jelly Bean being a huge improvement over ICS like ICS was over Gingerbread.

At one point, an OS matures, and I think Android has reached that stage

From now on, improvements should be minor

Actually, I still have it as a backup phone if I need it. We're all on AT&T.

She's pretty hard on phones so it'll likely be pressed into service.

I finally upgraded to ICS on my galaxy s2 and I'm hating it. I miss ginger.

My battery seems to suck balls now, my Swype keyboard messes up sometimes, and videos on my browser don't show up automatically life they used to.

    Annoying.

Also, I have trouble moving the screen in the Web browser.

Like if I move straight left or right, I can't continue moving up/down/diagonally, and vice versa. If that makes sense.
I have to stop touching the screen, then swipe up/down

Makes reading stuff like message boards unnecessarily annoying, I can't just move the page any which way with one swipe.

The samsung implementation of ICS was pretty much (not to say totally) buggy on my SGS2.

So, I rooted it and switched to the Resurrection Remix ICS Pro Rom (Aroma installer with multiple kernel provided such as Siyah and Fluxi, AOKP, no more Touchwiz, what could I ask for more)...

And this one is working perfectly...
