bonner needs to take salsa dancing lessons. seriously
Spurs just get lost in the shuffle for all of these over-hyped media darlings like Miami, Knicks, Bulls, Magic, Lakers.
There's no incentive to talk about the Spurs. The whole reason why the Spurs were "old" was because of a bias against them, it was the only perceived negative the media could find to bash them, it was that the Spurs were "weak" prior to that... of course winning some championships ended that talk quickly.
I don't get the whole "old" thing anyway....a large majority of championship teams are older teams.
NBA is all about catering to large cities despite their lies about small markets having a shot....their whole business model centers around focusing on the large markets to make profit.

bonner needs to take salsa dancing lessons. seriously
wtf was bonner doing in the game closing out the game? dude had 2 stupid plays where he pumpfaked and attacked the rim only for turnovers....
I want to see a gif of Pop's double face palm when Bonner airballed that layup.
I'm not a homer at all, and I'm not saying Matt is a great defender. But as long as Splitter is playing, I'm optimistic that will take the pressure off Bonner and allow him to concentrate on doing what he does well, which he's been successful at this year.
On the flipside, if he fails again in the playoffs, we can be sure he'll be traded by the team, so there's a silver lining either way.
It's a strange season this year. People can change. I'm holding out hope that he does.
This
We got our asses kicked in the 2nd half.
they didnt even show a single replay of the kl dunk, fck that
You know an ignorant Laker fan I know told me Spurs were going nowhere because our team is old. Laker fan of all people?
Bonner had some hilariously bad moments out there, but he also made some good plays, like those two blocks and his slowmover on Durant.
And everyone was committing stupid turnovers. Don't jump without a plan.
He's failed miserably for three straight years and he's still on the team. He'll fail again this year and he'll still be on the team next year.
He deals with the least amount of pressure on the team. His job is to make open shots that his teammates work hard to get. He's missed them time and time again when the pressure is on.
If the Spurs need Bonner to hit pressure shots in the playoffs then Pop is once again ing up. they have enough clutching shooting with Manu/Neal/Jax to never, ever have to rely on a born loser to change his stripes.
you know everytime i seriously start hoping for bonner to get hurt of course my fav spurs players get hurt ala manu and tiago so i have stopped that little act. lmao
i was livid in my house thank God i came to spurstalk and saw he has a stomach virus i am currently in a fetal position and hurting with excruciating pain from my stomach and my aunt who is a health nut also got this "stomach virus" guess theres a"Bug"? lol yeah more like eugenics look up the term all my friends and fam are getting sick or cancer. sorry for being a debbie downer
but im sure you guys notice how everyone has this cough that wont go away along with a stomach virus how can it hit so fast in a matter of a day or two? its very annoying. so is bonner man i do love those moments where its CRUCIAL 4thQ minutes when both teams fans are paying such close attention and then...... his famous choke Gene is bricking and getting out of a clear mans rebound to avoid any contact with anyone im starting to think bonner does this so can get all the minutes possible its like he doesnt give a that he is ruining our hard earned game but he doesnt care as long as he has "Pookie = coach pop as his boy toy lol jk jk
Bonner made a heck of a block late in that game when it looked like OKC was going to take control.
fck the rednecks in the buildin shouting out that former WAG when spurs player went to the ft line...
Leonard's dunk was #2 on Sportscenter.
oh yeah, what happened to splitter? any updates
/r/ for .gif of that nasty dunk Kawhi put on Ibaka!
good news then
not for his stomach
didn't even crack the top 10 on NBA TV... but Serg Ibaka's block on TP was #10.

Bonner he is still some shyt, period..........
Lies followed by periods are still lies.
apparently Hollinger doesn't understand the role of Blair and that scoring numbers like from Blair is an anomaly.
John Hollinger @johnhollinger
Two key OKC adjustments last night that may portend for WCF matchup: Playing Durant at 4 to take Blair out of game, and using Ivey on Parker
