Your second sentence was GNSF in a nuts , tbh.
I've been hanging around this board for 3 years, and I still haven't picked up as to what this means yet....
Let's go fingers Jackson!
Your second sentence was GNSF in a nuts , tbh.
I think it stands for "Gray Named Spurs Fan".
If your screen name is grey pretty much. Im the leader of the greys btw, so if you ever need anything let me know. Im the only grey timvp and Kori Ellis will communicate directly with.
The literal definition is Grey Name Spurs Fan. So if your name appears Grey and unbolded, then technically you're a GNSF. However, there's a condescending sentiment that could be attached onto calling some a GNSF. For example, if someone starts a low quality thread, or makes an uneducated/stupid post.
GNSF; noun
-a user on SpursTalk.com that has a grey user name and is usually a ing re that says like "I wouldn't trade Richard Jefferson for Carmelo Anthony" or "Dirk < Manu" as well as the classic "4 rings got!" defense mechanism
Can I ask you, seriously, why you even said something like that? I don't even know what you're getting at with that comment. Was it just like some random neurons fired? Or do you just like saying " "?
I took a minute to look at some of your other posts, and I think you're really here to be a Spurs fan. If this is some elaborate troll, then you got me. The irony of that comment in a thread with that le is almost too much to stand. But even as I write this, I have this feeling that you don't know what the I'm talking about.

Lol, thispego's baby is the youngest gnsf
Once you go black, you never go back.
Unless you're pinked, I guess.
How long will it be before we gnsf's do go black?
Had I known this process, I would have started a name a long time ago! I've been reading Spurstalk off and on for 7 years... (so many times a day for the last few years, I think I qualify for OCD and a check from the government)
AND I've got 175 David Robinson cards!

I've never understood the whole social construct of grays and bolds around here. I guess at one point I was grey and got upgraded. No recollection whatsoever.
Is it a deliberate upgrade that timvp or kori do on an individual basis? Or is it just something that automatically happens once you hit a certain post count?
I've seen people with lots of posts without going black... and I've seen people with just a few who are black (and never going back)...
Am I black?
p.s. Guess so![]()
I'm no expert, but if I were, I'd say you've got a long way to go before you ever see black my friend.
you joined in 06 so most likely you were green not grey
I can't remember that far back. I've slept since then. More than once.
The GNSF was changed from green to gray after the fall of spursreport, and the influx of easily trolled gray names.
Considering you think Derek Fisher is a great defensive PG, I'm not surprised you're so flabbergasted![]()
I think team colors has a lot to dude with the abolishing of green screen names. I remember being a green name Spurs fan 8 years ago
Dang this site is almost approaching 10 years. Anything special coming up for the 10 year anniversary?![]()
Post the place where I said "great defensive PG" or shut the up. If you have to resort to making up to make your point, you don't have a ing point.
You're still butt-hurt because you posted this gem and I laughed at you:
Great basketball mind there, Sponge Bob.![]()
I don't give a about being grey, gray black or pink....
As a matter of fact ...being bolded is kinda like having a tattoo nowadays...everyone has one and they were originally something that would actually help you stand out or be an individual...and before that...they were only for convicts...
Now..everyone and their aunt has one so...no in' thanks...
Keep me Grey!
What about sailors and Samoans mystix? They've had tattoos forever to.
I've been grey forever and I don't think anyone has ever been condescending or rude about it.
OK...
I wasn't actually even thinking about someone being condescending...I haven't really noticed it toward myself...but sometimes I've noticed it on other gnsf's...but it is no issue, really.
