Since your guess is as good as mine, very unlikely. I don't think these guys stop being professional because they a .
So this:
is just a guess... Exactly.
I'm not defending the guys or their actions, tbh. If they ed up, they should get the axe. But I also doubt that any gonzo can walk in and serve in the Secret Service. I would expect these people to be thoroughly vetted, and their actions monitored at all times.
I get the impression this wasn't a new revelation to the Service. I think it escalated when it became public and thus it looked bad enough to put a dog and pony show for the cameras.
Since your guess is as good as mine, very unlikely. I don't think these guys stop being professional because they a .
They have already committed a serious breach of protocol by that action. They are expected to be good examples of us. This is really the biggest problem. They broke standing protocol, and now cannot be trusted.
You don't even know what the rules are. Neither do I. That's why it's called the Secret Service. That said, it's not unreasonable to think they do these things and that the Service is aware of it (even if it isn't sanctioned).
To me, it's no different than US soldiers hiring pros utes in their time off.
I could agree it's an error in judgement, but at the same time, I doubt we're having this conversation if it didn't become the scandal that it was.
Yeah that guy they replaced him with sucks, I really can't stand his show. Miller is on the tea party station FM 92.5 along with Ingram, Savage, Boortz. Their signal sucks so I can't pick it up out near Boerne.
LOL....
You are really something. I can continue to tell you why you are wrong, but I have practiced enough today arguing with a brick wall.
Whatever
Actually, no. It was based on the same type of media reports you linked saying the information wasn't in the rooms...
Like this:
Possible security breach: Secret Service agents had president's schedule in rooms
If that's the case, the problems are much worse than I expected. Because Mr. "I-checked-Palin-out-if-you-know-what-I-mean-and-posted-it-on-my-Facebook" was a supervising agent. The Palin detail ended in 2008, after the election. The Secret Service agents who brought pros utes back to their hotel rooms in Colombia last week had copies of the president’s schedule in their rooms, which raises the issue of a potential security breach, a law enforcement official tells NBC News.
You're right, you would expect these people to be throroughly vetted, and their actions monitored at all times.
I think we're wrong. Otherwise, this idiot would not still have still been around after his comments about a Vice Presidential candidate. At least, you would hope not.
I agree. And, yet another reason for them to clean house from top to bottom.
Which were updated with news such as this:
A source at the agency told Reuters that presidential schedules and other sensitive do ents are kept in a separate secured room, but Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee isn't totally reassured.

Not familiar with the whole Palin incident. Wouldn't surprise me some of these guys might be on a power trip. I would think it'd be the minority, or you'll see a lot more incidents like this.
But I also think these guys follow a very strict, supervised set of rules when dealing with sensitive material, etc.
They black eye is there and somebody is going to have to pay the price, so clean house it is.
I'm with Peter King...I'm not so reassured after what we've witnessed this past week.
Start at the top.
If you don't like it...you can geeeeeeeet out!
And now a secret service agents speaks of "checking her out" when referring to Palin.
seriously, lets make a big deal out of ing some es whenever much MUCH worse goes on in america every single day
this shouldn't even be news. i guess i'm a bad guy becuase i'd that big ty too.
pussy is bad and evil
