You're missing the point. In a little over a month, we will officially be in the best damn conference in the history of collegiate athletics. It wont matter then.
And that's only in football.
SEC has won the championship in Football, Basketball, Indoor Track, Women's Tennis, Women's Golf and Gymnastics. Throw in the A&M Equestrian National Championships and the soon to be men's track 4 peat national champions and you'll be hard pressed to find a sport the SEC isn't winning at.
