I've had it shipped to my home and I have video of it being mixed (it's a binary) and detonating at a distance.

No special permit was needed until it's mixed, and only then if you transport it.

Gun deaths vs bombing deaths would actually be an interesting thing to research. I don't think people realize the number of bombings that occur every single month all over the world. And the damage the do is child's play compared to bullets.

My only concern would be more people firing off shots in a dark theater. No telling if the lights had come on or not when the shooter was taking shots.

The drug control argument is just bad. You don't think that it would be substantially easier to get drugs if they were legal?

If you could go to Planet K right now, and all they had to do was get your name and do a quick background check (to make sure you aren't allergic or something) that would be easier. Not to mention violent crimes with knives and swords skyrocketed. So much so that they ins uted a ban on most swords and many styles knives.

If the bad guys cant access guns they will find something else to do their mayhem period.
