walt just told mike,
you get nothing!
Mike was out either way, so if the guy was going to takeover, Mike wasn't going to interfere anyway.
walt just told mike,
you get nothing!
I know/knew that. The point is that Walt STILL doesn't understand.
Todd's gonna be the guy who helps kill the 9 cons and later on he's gonna turn on walt
Well, now Heisenberg can pay Jesse at least.
So in the first episode when they walk out to the minigun - when was that in this whole chronology? I'm kinda confused by that but maybe I missed something along the way.
It's about a year ahead; remember when he made his bacon into a 52 for his birthday in the diner in episode 1 of the season, while his 51st birthday was 3 episodes ago? He had the New Hampshire license and plates in that opening sequence, so maybe he was in witness protection or something in that flash forward.
Yup, that scene is from the last episode of the series, a year from now. The only things we know are that he is there to "protect someone" and is alone.
Hank seems smart enough or willfully curious enough to suspect something with Walt's 2nd crying/ranting stint in his office, no?
I called it.![]()
Thanks lakaluva
I think Mike looking at his granddaughter, contemplating on whether to leave or not, was another Heat reference. That, the ending of Dead Freight, and Hank outright namedropping the movie, makes three.
Interview with Vince Gilligan on KCRW's The Business podcast:
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan on the need to be a cult leader to be a good show-runner and the fallacy that there's a rivalry between his show and Mad Men. Plus, his acknowledgement that it's time to end Breaking Bad even though he doesn't want to and fears it'll end up being the most creative project he'll ever do in his career.

I'm still speechless from last night.
I don't trust Todd, I don't trust Todd, I don't trust Todd.
You can probably trust Todd to end up dead.
Todd is gonna skylar

"Say my name"! Smooth mo'fo Walt is.
Mike finally got out and all hits the fan.![]()
He shouldn't have gotten out.![]()
Walt is further gone each episode. I remember reading some time back that his character is going to come full circle. I'm not sure what they meant exactly by that, but he has become too much of a bas for people to ever care about him again.
Once Jesse finds out everything he's done, 's going to go down. He seems to be sympathizing with Skylar so it wouldn't surprise me to see them hook up (I don't mean sexually) to take some type of action against him.
I'm late to this party, almost through season 4 now... I'll be going through the thread once I'm caught up.![]()
seems to me, in the real world, the minute they realized Walt was the Cook, they would have just shot him.
it's meth, you don't need 5 star cook to keep them coming back
Based on the results that Walt's meth was able to produce, I'd say the market rewards the superior meth pretty generously, and in order to permanently outclass the compe ion, it's necessary for Walt to run the show.
but if there isn't any more "walt's meth" to compete with ...
I did like the hey scene
that was unexpectedly funny
