uarfan has more delusions of grandeur than Dolphinfan does.
MJD carries that team. Without him they might go winless.

Right, because I'm the one claiming my team will win the superbowl this year.![]()
Your probably right, and it still doesn't mean the jaguars should cave in to MJD. The fact is there is a completely new coaching staff. With actual assistant coaches that are worth a damn. The defense was ranked top 6 last year and it only improved the talent. The receiving corps has been revamped with Laurent Robinson and Justin Blackmon who has been showing up nicely in preseason. And the running game hasn't skipped a beat with Rashad Jennings as the O-line is Elite at run blocking. How the heck do you think MJD lead the league in rushing last year. He didn't do it all by his damn self against a consistent 8-9 loaded box.
This team is being built properly now. with all phases of the team being focused on. From personnel to coaching staff to even the executives and owner. MJD can stay home.
In retrospect, looks like Whalen graduated with honors from Ball So Hard university and got himself IRed in preseason. Dude was obliterating third teamers whilst catching balls from Mr. Irrelevant. Pretty confident he would have owned if Luck was throwing him the ball like they did at Stanford.
With this recent development, if I'm the Colts and I want to compete offensively I highly consider playing Austin "Concussions" Collie the rest of this year and not offering him a new contract since his rookie deal expires after 2012. Either way though if that dude gets one more concussion and doesn't quit the NFL on his own he's supremely ing re ed.
Again, probably true. But damn can we give a young QB another year to improve with actual WR talent helping him out. Not to mention last season Jack Del Rio and company did BG no favors. There was no coaching up. This kid came in with flaws and raw talent but had no one to show him the right way. Not to mention here was the WR corps from last year:
Mike Thomas,
Jason Hill
Jarett Dillard
Cecil Shorts
Kassim Osgood
Come on, who the is winning with those guys? Blaine may not be the answer but he could be a 2nd tier starter. That may at least buy them time to draft and develop the future QB. The one thing that pisses me off about BG is that he feels the pressure. He's shown signs of getting better and standing in the pocket and taking shots as he completes passes. But he's still flinching at least once a game. Last year was unbearable though but it wasn't all on him.
I blame that on the coaches. They cut David Garrard 4 days before game 1 and threw a 21 y/o rookie who barley finished his junior year in college. Are you freaking kidding me?!?!
You're right in that he feels the pressure and flinches alot. The fact is that Big XII QBs generally dont do well in the NFL. I had to sit through an eternity of watching David Carr which Gabbert reminds me alot of.
Bump. J.t. Takes the inbound pass and stutter-steps the defense to drain the game winner from way downtown! Boom Shaka Laka!
would you please stop this boasting. I have to run with luck on my fantasy football team since Vick is trash. You keep doing this and he is going to go down with a career ending injury.
off. The Colts were 2-14 last year. I'm going to ing enjoy this.
So then it will mean more to you if he goes down
If Luck goes down and it has absolutely any connection to comments I made about him on the Internet, I'll pay you a thousand dollars.
