LSU offensive line is dominating right now. They better get a TD here
Still think LSU will break through at some point, even if it has to be on special teams or defense. offense is full of fail

That was pretty pathetic by South Carolina to barely test LSU's passing game at all on that drive.
10 carries, 25 yards for Lattimore. LSU defense is incredibly good
Every time I watch South Carolina, whoever their QB is always looks like total .
LSU's line and D is going to wear em down. South Carolina is about to get knocked back to reality.
God Miles' playcalling is attrocious. South Carolina is begging to get gashed by play action.
he looked pretty good against that porous Georgia D last week. LSU tends to do that to QB's
You're probably thinking of that Garcia guy who was at USCe for 5 years (seemed like 50). But yeah, I would agree that overall, QB has been lackluster for the s in recent memory. Bizarre considering who coaches them and what the ole' ball coach did at Florida
If LSU could ever find a good QB they would be the most devastating team in college football....by a long shot
That's who I'm thinking of. Garcia was god awful every time I watched him.
Idk why they can't recruit a good one. They always have a beast offensive line, the defense makes it easy for a QB to win, and they've had great talent at receiver come through their program. It seems like it should be an easy sell.
The 2010 LSU team still strikes me as an epic waste of talent. Toliver, Randle, and Shepard was a great group of receivers with Ridley at RB and great O-line. Any QB not named Jordan Jefferson woulda made them a productive offense.
That'll get called back. Lets see SC this up and settle for a FG.
I agree. I think you hit on a major component of their lack of success at QB earlier in this thread and that's playcalling. A better OC and I think you would see more success from them offensively
God that place is loud. Looks like Shaw called an audible there and had to ing run around so people would hear him![]()
The scariest thing about Clowney is that he's only a soph and will add some bulk before he gets to the NFL. Doubt he'll lose that burst off the line, either
sons its not an issue of QB's or players. its Miles plain and simple. he needs to let his offensive coordinator control the entire offensive game. Miles overrides way too many of his decisions. when it comes down to it ... Miles is a brilliant businessman. he knows how to put good people around him to make him look good. but when it comes down to play calling and making split decisions on the field, he is very below average.
I'll never understand why people don't like watching defense's like this (most, anyway)
There are a load of future NFLers on the field in this game
son the same reason why intelligent sports like soccer is not popular in the U.S. and why baseball is behind football and basketball .... most Americans have an attention span of a 5 year old. they need constant action/scoring or else they lose interest.
That's fair, but I still really like Miles despite his shortcomings (offensively). It's so ing hard to achieve the level of consistency he has, and really nobody outside of Saban has done it in the last 5 years. I'm also not one to knock on his gambling style, which is one of the reasons I loved Tuberville so much
why is LSU running at Clowney at all? It's like an automatic 1st down when they run at the other side.
LOL @ Herbstreit mentioning Auburn and UT in the same sentence when discussing coaching
God I hope the fire Chizz soon
