This is not socialism, this is quasi-capitalism, it is not driven by service to the country, or some fic ious great plan, it is still driven by profit and economies of scale, i.e. getting the lowest cost, most effective product to the marketplace, except workers own all aspects of the business and split profits, or losses, at the end of the year...and it's gonna come from bartering...
If you can get workers to work for less than their output you can lower costs further...
If workers knew that they could get a hefty bonus at the end of the year, do you think they would work harder?
Sure, carrot helps with motivation, so does stick.
Your not thinking dynamically...your thinking linearly....what if there were no more needs? ...you could eat whatever you want...cut short disease...replace body parts at will..live an infinitely long time...lead a long, good productive life....kinda takes that stick and sticks it up the ...well, you know...
