TP is supposed to penetrate and kick the ball out...that is/has been our game plan forever...but this front court,more than any other we play, can shut him down because they are so quick and so long they can block his shots and his passes. For us to win against this team, our outside shooters have to be hitting. They aren't tonight, just like they weren't last year in the WCF. Add porous defense to that and it is amazing that we are doing as well as we are.
Still, think about with DeColo maturing, Splitter continuing to develop well, and Leanard back (maybe before next May?), and we are in nice shape for the end of the season run.
But we still have to figure a way to defend these guys better. So far, nothing doing.
