expanding upon this to the next level, IMO. I frequently encounter both scenarios, it's its less than 1 hour till wake up time I just hold it and go back to sleep. If I get up, it's over.

OP and CubanSucks nailed it in this thread. Before this morning (at 4am), I had slept a TOTAL of 5 hours in the past 3 days--it was brutal. My alarm went off at 8:00am--I realized I didn't have work this weekend--and went back to sleep. I just woke up 55 minutes ago.

I hadn't pull that off even in my young, living off my parents for free, with no job days.

Must I've slept consecutive is like 14 hours.
