I got a bad feeling about it. The reason the Spurs have been good this year is because of Duncan's resurgence. And with the Lakers featuring two 7 footers, they can definitely neutralize him.
The Spurs might actually have a shot at eliminating the Lakers off the playoffs in a single game on Apr 14... I was thinking Pop might tank that game and rest, but looking at it that way he might just go for it if the chance is there...
if that happens.....kori and young husband would need to shut this down for good, or at least change the domain name and we can congregate somewhere else, we would never live that down.

Now for Mormon town. If Lakers meet the Spurs in round 1, I see a series with the Spurs being compe ive, however Greg Popovich is just the mastermind and will tool with Antonio game after game. I think it will be at least a 6-7 game series but Spurs will prevail. First, the Lakers have to get the 8th seed of course. Either way I see the Lakers ceiling being the 2nd round at BEST.

not to sound paranoid like usual, but do you think Stern would let us knock out the Lakers before the playoffs? i see us wasting a lot of energy on something they pull out at the end, probably with a bunch of FTs.
OKC will get the 1st seed and LA in the 1st round, tbh..unless they tank to get Houston, since its a better matchup for them..
Looking at the Lakeshow this season, I think they're beyond Stern's best work... you can't force Dwight to make freethrows... you can't make D'Antoni a savvy coach... I mean, Dallas was completely horrendous today, and it was a close game all the way to the 4th... I think it's easier when they're playing ty teams like New Orleans... but at some point you just cant turn a turd into roses...
Spurs aren't even getting the 1 seed. Spurs beat the Lakers in 6 but OKC would run roughshod over them in 4 tbh.
I was looking earlier but couldn't figure out who has the tiebreaker between SA and OKC since they split in the regular season
Spurs are up 2-1 in the season and they play the 4th game on Thursday. If OKC wins, i believe Conference record is the tie breaker.
