Yeah. I figured it out when Chump pointed me in that direction. It would seem to make the whole domestic terrorist angle far more plausible than it being the work of Islamic types
if any foreign country was behind this, it would've taken place in a much larger scale and caused heavier casualties imho. just some domestic heads who planned & operated the entire in protest against tax imho.
