    Not sure if he knew anything but Elliott did say during the game following SJAX waived, something along the lines of "The Spurs wouldn't waive SJAX unless they had something up their sleeve".

    So it will be interesting to see what Elliott says tonight about the signing and his possible role.

    what does that have to do with what i said? it's irrelevant that pop WANTED to end the streaks, and didn't like the effect streaks have on teams focus etc. fact still remains "foot off the gas" really doesnt describe a 20 game win streak to me. pop WANTED the foot off the gas, especially in hindsight, but the spurs were still cruising regardless of what pop WANTED.
