It would help the Spurs offense tremendously if they could start moving and moving the ball; they're dead in the water if they choose to play iso-ball.
Of course, you can move it all you want, but if you don't hit the good looks you get out of that, you're dead in the water anyway.

Wrong. Spurs are playing matador defense on dribblers and leaving shooters wide open. I've never seen defense this bad. EVERY possession there's a breakdown.

We can nearly beat them just as easily at home as on the road when they play ok.
All we have to do is wait for them to go back to normal. They arent gonna do this over 5 games.
Is anyone who posts "not much you can do" actually watching the game? You can actually deny the 3 point shot instead of giving up open 3 after open 3. He's not hitting contested shots. He's hitting wide open ing 3s. Play some ing D. Thats what you can do.

Just like last year, this team is too ing slow. It's ridiculous. You'd think the whole team was over forty and overweight. We have the least defensive speed in the entire ing league. THAT'S why guys get hot against us. Curry and Thompson are already great shooters, but considering that no one on this team can stay in front of them on defense, they are unstoppable gods.
They'll probably take this game and the 2 immediately after. We might scratch out another win in game five, but we aren't gonna beat these guys. Just too damned slow. Poky ass offense combined with an inability to defend equals a consistent deficit of about 8-12 points.
It's exactly like when we played OKC last year. The Warriors are just too good for our scrubs. Trotting Neal and Green out there on defense is pointless when even Kawhi is completely outmatched.
When we blow it up, I want some real athletes on the perimeter for once.

If our D doesn't pick up at all they surely can keep shooting nearly this well! They are getting inside as well man. I agree they are kicking our ass for the better part of two games now.

You would in think they could figure that out now. But nope, lets keep going under screens. Even if they fight through the screen they're doing horrible at it and they should know by now if thompson or curry is getting a screen behind the 3 pt line he's going to shoot it 10 times out of 10, have someone hedge off their guy on the strong side and get in his in face, I'd rather see green or leonard come over and get in curry's face at the 3 pt line forcing him to pass it down low and let duncan contest whatever jumper or layup they're left with, come the on figure it out.
i think its funny how everyone say's no one could beat them shooting like that, wrong, ANYONE could beat us with our defense like it is, thats the problem, fix the problem, dont blame good shooting, fix the bad D

I know they are hitting but our Defense is laughable. Run guys at Thompson and Curry... Pop is being too polite.
IF OUR D doesn't get any better they can shoot less % and still beat us. We are a step slow.
If GS plays like this on the road, how can they be beat at home?
