If the Spurs are a weak Western Conference winner, then the Wizards are a strong 29-53 Eastern Conference basement dweller.
Spurs are 12-2 this postseason. Best ratio of all the other 4.
So using your logic, this team is worse than any of the other 4, including the 2005's which happened to beat the Pistons at their peak after having dismantled the chokejob 2004 Lakers.
Following good logic, however, one can infer that the SPurs are actually dominating this postseason like never before.
Keep trolling

Good teams are supposed to take advantage of breaks and weaker teams. Weak take tbh
Also,
If you really want to go there...You're missing some FACTS.
2012 -- Thunder: good team, 3 elite players, beat Lakers and overhyped Spurs team(gifted Game 5)
2011 -- Mavericks: won championship over elite Miami team
2010 -- Lakers: champs, self-explanatory(First Lakers team to not get Phil a 3peat. That's why the hat says ELEVEN and not TWELVE because the Lakers of 2011 sucked against Dallas.)
2009 -- Lakers: see 2010(Beat a weaker Boston team, does the Kendrick Perkins knee injury ring a bell?)
2008 -- Lakers: great team, lost to greater Boston team(Benefitted from a great start in game 1, a game where the Spurs had to sleep on the tarmac because of plane issue in New Orleans)
2007 -- Spurs: benefited from #1 seed Dallas losing and questionable suspensions against Phx, but overall decent
2006 -- Mavs: should have won championship but refs intervened
2005 -- Spurs: beat champion Pistons
2004 -- Lakers: 4 Hall-of-Famers (that proceeded to lose what amounts a 5 game sweep to the Pistons. Benefit from a time keeper with a slow hand that was brought in by the NBA. Remember, the staffing changes for time keeper once the playoffs start.)
2003 -- Spurs: backed into Finals because of depleted Lakers, injuries to C-Webb, Dirk, but they were a 1 seed(Depleted how, they were all together, plus the Spurs weren't even a designated threat, I mean an Argentine player by way of Italy, a difference maker?)
2002 -- Lakers: greatness
2001 -- Lakers: super-greatness(It's funny how you don't talk about the fact that Juwan Howard took out the Spurs Starting Shooting Guard and that their starter at point guard was an old, old man in Terry Porter and Sean ****** came back AFTER a kidney replacement) But sure...greatness.
2000 -- Lakers: greatness-(Tim Duncan was injured and didn't play in the playoffs at all. You were saying?)
1999 -- Spurs: benefited from 50-game season, but had Twin Towers(So, why doesn't anyone say the same about Miami's 66 game season that ended with a le?_
1998 -- Jazz: peak of Stockton-Malone era
1997 -- Jazz: see 1998
1996 -- Sonics: 64-18 team would have won most years, but ran into 72-10 Bulls
1995 -- Rockets: beat 3, 2, and 1 seeds in order
1994 -- Rockets: won championships, Hakeem was best center of his era
1993 -- Suns: Barkley-led team gave Bulls all they wanted
1992 -- Blazers: ultra-loaded team
1991 -- Lakers: greatness(so great they lost in 5 and Magic never approached the Finals again. Hey it took a Euro center in Vlade Divac to give him a competent enough big to play well enough to win the West but man...lost in 5 and it wasn't even that close-SEE 2004 Lakers)
1990 -- Blazers: see 1992
1989 -- Lakers: greatness despite injury
1988, 87 -- Lakers: greatness
1986 -- Rockets: upset great Lakers team, had original and best Twin Towers
1985, 84, 83, 82 -- Lakers: greatness
1981 -- Rockets: 40-42. I agree this team was worse than the 2013 Spurs.
See- You can twist it a myriad of ways and so can I. It's easy, when you've been watching this game for as long as I have.
Is that a $100 bet Kevin Grevey?
I like how pretty much every Spurs team that made it to the finals "benefited" from injuries except the 05 team, they were justified because they beat the Pistons. You sir, belong on ESPN
this, tbh.
zzzzzz thread is zzzzzzzz
San Antonio against the East: 25-5 .833
people feeding the troll
lol that is awesome sherlock
Thank you. I worked hard on that subtlety and I appreciate your catching it.
LOL @ you guys getting trolled.
Hey it's not the Spurs fault that they faced the 5, 6, and 7 seeded teams; that's the advantage of being in the 2-7 and 3-8 bracket. They beat them handily, only losing two games and winning 12. Shoulda beaten GSW in 5 games. 12 post season wins is more than a Wizards fan can hope for in a lifetime lol.
Spurs are the #2 seed and won the west, how is that the weakest WC champ in 30 years. Houston won as a 6th seed with a record of 47-35, and they swept a tier eastern conference champ Orlando.
Does the OP know how playoff seeding works?
The only better troll job would be Amused creating the game threads again. This thread is particularly funny since you can make a good case he's right (other than the shots he took at previous Spurs teams). Not the Spurs fault Denver the bed and Westbrook had pussy knees though.
Yeah, a team with 4 HOFers is weak. Cute thread.
Uh, b/c the East sucks. You just ed yourself in the ass with that comment.
Pretty ing much.
Theres no need for quotes dip . 12 wins is 12 wins. The Spurs beat the teams that were in front of them. Your subjective opinion on the subject doesn't change that.
What is undisputable is John Wall is the face of your franchise. Do I have to explain how ty that is? Or that a Wizards fan would talk about the Spurs being 'weak' champions when they can't even avoid drafting garbage heaps like Jan Vesley?
Im guessing you're a troll but if so you're doing a pretty bad job of it. At least be funny. Otherwise go back to wailing in misery at your joke of a franchise.
East sux 20 years running now?
trolling upstairs is bush league tbh
