Back in the day the day the San Diego Zoo had a big gorilla named Victor. He had to have been around that size. What a nose tackle he'd made.

Funny this is brought up…I once was on a project concerning Gorillas and the expert claimed that a male silver back gorilla had the strength to press 3000 lbs…However unlike humans the silver back would never show off with the display of strength…

It's not his size or weight, it's the fact that gorillas and chimpanzees have much longer muscle insertion points.
