So a woman gets into an altercation with a man because he doubts the paternity of her baby, she tells him "I got somtin' fo' yo' ass," goes into the garage to retrieve a gun from her car, takes it out and shoots at him. Yeah, that's exactly the same as the George Zimmerman case. Exactly the same.

One thing I've learned unequivocally in my 40-something years of life is that when you take these "controversial" race cases and apply the facts, 99% of the time black people are wrong. Their cries of "racial injustice" are bull . The best I can do to give them the benefit of the doubt is that the rules of civil society simply fall beyond their comprehension and they can't evaluate the world around them outside of the prism of tribe. Whatever. I went through my phase of trying to be sensitive and understanding and getting to the bottom of systemic racial disparities. I've come to the conclusion that the racist worldview matches reality when it comees to blacks. 'em.

After reading this again, I think the prosecutor should be disbarred. This do ent shows that their probable cause was based entirely on speculation and filed for nothing more than political reasons. The prosecution ended up having no facts to support their case.
