b) following somebody is not a crime, nor was it enough to be considered being an aggressor in the court of law
c) giving a different story isn't evidence of murder or aggression
d) violent past doesn't matter because Martin equally fits the bill due to his own aggressive history
e) violent past isn't a motive. the violent past wasn't allowed as evidence by the court for either party, so you can stop bringing that up as evidence

however, evidence that suggests martin initiated the fight:
1) only 2 injuries on martin. a bullet wound, and bruised knuckles
2) zimmerman was beat the up. lacerations on the back of his head point to having it beaten on or against pavement

that's where you wrong..if Z had sustained "head trauma" as he claimed 25 slams on the pavement..he would have been unconscience..you don't get to walk away from 25 head slams on a concrete pavement, conscience with no visit to hospital... again you guys living in Zimmerman's fantasy world

I don't have respect for GZ either..but I have respect for him defending his right to live. Whether he deserves to live for his past discretions is one thing. But you can't take that into consideration as a juror. GZ wasn't racist...going by other people he was a monster, though...I will agree. you gave one HYPOTHETICAL long story of how the fight may have went down with zero evidence (as usual) to back it up. the onus is on the prosecution to PROVE their case, not on the defense to prove innocence. making up how the fight went down isn't proof or evidence

I never said anything like that, son...never said Trayvon didn't say that. Obviously Zim caught up to him, because they fought, ya ignorant wretch. The problem for you here is, there is a WITNESS in PERSON that watched Trayvon on top attacking him. And Trayvon only had busted knuckles. If Zim was on top attacking him, don't you think there'd be more than that? And busted knuckles indicates Trayvon was hitting something. Not to mention this...



Is it possible that Trayvon could have been saying "GET OFF ME" while hitting Zim? As possible as it is for Zim to hit himself in the face to cause the damage to his nose. So stop with the selective beliefs here, son...every piece of evidence pointed to not guilty for reasons of self defense. You stumped by your own stupidity....the KEY and TWO main pieces of evidence pointed to Zim as guilty...he told his initial lie clearly on tape..no disputing it...and Racheal who we all agree is credible when it comes to negative about Trayvon said Zim grabbed the kid...and that the phone went dead...likely Tray defending himself which is a result on Zim's injuries...since you agree that Racheal is credible (by accepting her creepy cracka account) then we have a witness...and it means Z physically assualted Tray got his ass kicked for a quick second, got upset and willing murdered the kid... you're in a conundrum and I'm not...
