You obviously don't pay attention to this stuff, I do. Vocational careers are making fantastic money right out of school, more so than kids going to commuter schools getting bachelors degrees. Don't believe me, look up what it costs to hire an electrician, plummer, cabinet maker, auto mechanic, or carpenter, these guys spend about 2000 on education and are making 30K plus their first year by the time the master their trade they are making 60+. Not only that but they have much more job security than anyone in corporate America has right now.
I'm not crazy, I just read the trends and that is the trends right now. They don't get rich but they carve out a pretty good life without the overhead of paying for that education.
