How was Leonard's performance?
He was great, but he didn't play much.
Do you think his play is sustainable?
hope so. rooting for him
I think it can get better. Once he realizes that he can take most fools off the dribble because of his burst, he will settle for less 18 footers.
Throughout his time here, he could've gotten more if he wanted in his prime. So the fact that he got what he did now just shows the mutual respect from both sides. 5 million would not have been fair to Manu for all he's done for the Spurs.
Nice to see kawhi being able to play great.

I wonder if rogues will change his favorite team from the Heat to the Lakers next season tbh.
The concern with Whiwhi has never been consistency but health IMO.
Is that knee gonna be along term problem?
It shouldn't be with proper care. The Spurs medical staff is good enough.
And Manu is gonna jack up threes again all season...clang.
watch that percentage go into the cellar fast.
And fell apart at the end.
. True. Leonard is though.
Yep, you know you got the rings but you always think about the ONE that got away more at times for some reason. I am sure when Tony retires he will have some closure and realize he did well in his career and has 3 (Hopefully 4 by the time got willing) rings and can smile some. He though will think about the one that got away too as most will. I feel bad for Leonard and Green and others who played their butt off and never got a ring, that must be devistating to be so close to a ring for the young guys and then BOOM since they don't know if they will ever be back and they basically had it.
I will be a fan of any team Leonard is on, even if it is The Lakers. Dude deserves a ring and I hope he gets it after he leaves SA, because he isn't getting one as a Spur if Manu has anything to do with it.
Went to the game tonight. While 96 isn't a really bad final score, if I didn't look at the scoreboard the whole game, I could have sworn the spurs were well below 80. Just a bad game overall, especially with Miami shooting so well. Kawhi looked fantastic though with 17 points in only 12 minutes. Was scared when I saw him sitting on the bench with knee bags on for the rest of the game.
they showed him later with no knee bags on, and in the previous game, TD and TP had ice bags too.
from listening to RC's comments, it sounds like the tendonitis was there since college and because of the shortened season, never had time to properly deal with it. so I'm sure Pop will try to gauge it as well as he can.
Like I've said before - Nando, is living someone else's dream. He shouldn't even be in the NBA.
