at the end of the day, our guys are compe ors.
they want to win, and they want to beat the good teams.
any real spurs fan should hate losing to legit teams, i know i'm tired of it
He's gotta come in here with his edgy self-loathing of his own team so he can say, "GOTCHA" at the end of the year if they lose to boost his own ego, and pretend to be a real fan if they win.
why even bother if these games don't matter? goes both ways here. just because i expect better from the spurs even in the regular season makes me less of a fan? oh its just december right? well then why watch?
We are still the 2nd seed in a tough western conference with a 15-4 record. This loss isn't the end of the world.
Should've knocked harder.*knocks on wood*
Im tired of hearing this nonsense. Douglas played as well as Curry. Spurs would still have won. , Curry may have had a bad game, with the Spurs winning by more.
It is not accurate to say Spurs cannot beat elite teams. It is accurate to say that they struggle with them, as we cannot sustain the defensive and offensive execution at the required high level.
As for tonight, Spurs don't lose by nearly as much if Tiago does not go down. We needed his defense.
Can't even imagine what PG would average if he got those Durant calls tbh. Kid's a monster.
Not really about that as much as it is us measuring ourselves against one of the top teams in the league.
Because it's enjoyable? Because there are probably less than 250 regular season games left of having the PRIVILEGE of watching one of the greatest players of all-time pick up a basketball and kick ass on the court? Because you support your team when things aren't going their way as well as when they are smashing like the Pacers are right now? Because you have some loyalty and know that it's a long process to become a better team? Because we have a super damn likable group of players who are fun as to watch most of the time?
You're seriously pathetic. You only want to watch the team when they're on top of the world and drubbing other squads by 30. You don't stay for the enjoyment of the sport, just the relish of having a loaded team or the ability to hate on them when they're down. You're the at the YMCA who taunts the group of 5 undersized players when they go on the court and then you scream at your team for being busters when that same group buries you 15 to 3.
George is the 2nd best player in the league, tbh.
Durant loses points for being a beta and relying so much on FT's. Not surprising the real top 2 teams in the NBA have the top 2 players in the league.
i still like the effort at the late 4th though. ing patty just had to ruin the momentum![]()
We don't match up well with Portland or OKC and we don't match up with the Pacers
I think Aldridge might have something to say about that as far as this season goes, tbh.
not really, i always stick around even if they're getting on. what am i saying that is so wrong? just because i think the spurs are finished and need to rebuild doesn't mean im not a fan
Hey, at least we won the first quarter.
Wait, your the one using the wining record as no cause for concern. The amount of regular seasons wins does not tell the whole picture. Yes I can be disappointed in them , but at the end of the night I still love the Spurs just as much as when they were wining a le. I don't know if your a father but it's kind of like parenting. When my son comes home with a bad grade I am disappointed because I know he can do better, but I still love him to death.
Durant is still the second best ... and it's not even close
You said the same thing last year. Verbatim. All the time. The Spurs ended up 20 seconds from a le.
You're a fan with no faith and no ability to enjoy the games. You just have to spew bile over every game thread that isn't a blowout in our favor and talk about how done the Spurs are.
It just shows that you have absolutely zero knowledge of basketball. Zero. None. You're a popcorn fan who wants to be entertained, rather than appreciating the sport for what it is.
sup rob.
you need to change your razor, tbh. Wearing this one out already.![]()
The aggressive team usually gets more of the calls
