"they" or parker? cuz when curry had danny green switched to him in the playoffs last year, he was contained.

This isn'r last year and when Green was put on Curry late in the game, who fell badly for the obvious fake and who hit game tying three?

With Gasol back, Memphis should qualify for the playoffs. Just keep OKC on that side of the bracket and we should be good.

Memphis gets 7th and they could play in the 1st round. That would be an unusually compe ive for a 2-7 series.

The Spurs aren't a ty team; they're good. They can beat any team in the league in a series.

There's nothing else to even discuss.

There are 3 guys on the Thunder who really hurt the spurs consistently: Ibaka, Durant, and Westbrook (obviously).

But the spurs have an Ibaka stopper, in theory. His name is Boris Diaw. Diaw has been a nightmare for jumpshooting PFs recently — Kevin Love, Dirk, etc.

I'm okay with letting Durant and westbrook get theirs. The key to stopping a fully-stocked and healthy Thunder team is to shut down Ibaka and make Durant at least work harder for what he's getting.
You can now add Reggie Jackson to that list with or without Westbrook.

We got lucky last year because Westbrook injured his knee and pretty much every team we played had a starter hurt or out. Unless the basketball God's are good to us this year I think we might not make it out of the first round...

    No

The Thunder are a better team now than when they had Harden. You may think it's funny but look at their defensive rating w/ Harden and compare w/o him.

Thunder is a better team without Westbrook. For me they''re playing like the 2011 Mavs.

They're not necessarily better w/o him, but they're not much worse either.

We are just playing horrible at this moment. If we can put together our grove before playoff I still like our chances. As of now OKC is better.

Does that mean you guys cannot beat Phoenix? They got quick guards (bledsoe, dragic) and are an athletic team.

OKC looks great right now. They are killer. I hate to say this since the Spurs are all banged up, but the only thing about OKC is they seem like ankle sprains waiting to happen. None of that high flying ever seems to pan out in the Finals. We'll see.

If the Spurs are healthy, it won't take 7 games. Kevin Durant will come back to Earth sooner than later. Why am I confident? Because we are the better team. The Spurs are about to lose more games but the ship will eventually steady itself and when the real season starts, they'll be right back on pace.
