Rick's last line.Cringeworthy stuff.
It was a decent season finale. I expected a major death, but it didnt happen. The coolest moment was Rick biting a chunk out of that dude's neck..![]()
Rick's last line.Cringeworthy stuff.
not a bad finale. But you gotta go with a " " in that last line tbh.
what a terrible excuse of a finale. Rick biting the throat out was cool but did they need those flashbacks??It was clearly all filler. Nothing happened at the end either. This season has been absolutely pitiful...who the writes for this show.
And how come Breaking Bad can use " " but they can't? They're perfectly fine showing all that other gory stuff.
seriously. He built up for it and deflated it like a queef.
Breaking Bad was allowed to say " " once per season after the pilot. Usually depends on who is advertising during the episodes.
Everything just happens so conveniently for these people. One second they're in a position where there's no escape and they're about to die, then magically Rick bites that dudes throat without getting shot, and all the other idiots stand around and watch, as if THAT'S the craziest thing they've ever seen, and let the others just take their ing guns and kill them. Because that's totally how that really would have gone down.
God I cringed so f'ing hard!
This episode was awesome, ya'll are nitpicking. Only thing I didn't like was no Beth and no Carol
Because it is still better than 95% of the stuff currently on basic cable and network tv. And it gets people talking, as this thread shows. Even the people that hate it won't stop watching.
It was a strong episode and definitely this season showed a lot of growth in regards to tension and framing of certain scenes. Apparently that last line was from the comics, however I would have changed it up a little. Love Rick's bite and that scene was great, albeit a little convenient that the "good" guys didn't get shot or severly wounded. It also bugged me that Daryl was getting the kicked out of him only to have a little black eye at the end and still able to move without any pain or discomfort.
Yeah that seemed strange to me also. Seems he should have had some broken ribs at least
a few points since I havnt commented on this thread in a while.
I didn't care for the flashbacks.... when the episode first started showing Hershel still alive I was like "WTF, did my DVR record an old episode?"
I like how Rick decided to bury that duffle bag full of weapons before going into Terminus.... I was thinking the same thing 2 episodes ago before Glen and Maggie's group went in.
I'm still not sure what Terminus is, but I'm thinking it is a camp full of cannibals....
I was hoping that they shot Carl in that final scene. He annoys me.
How did Daryl's "new" group of psychopaths figure out that it was Rick that killed their friend? Didn't he escape the house unknown to them before Carl and Michone came back and they all escaped? Did I miss something?
I think, in the new season episode, that skinny black dude (cant remember his name) is gonna be the first to die along with the scientist who supposedly knows what is going on.

Usually, the last 2 episodes make up for all the BS talking and that has been the go to formula for this show. These last 2 episodes felt just like one of the random episodes in the middle of the season. Very surprised at the downfall of this show. It's very sad that my favorite show went down the gutter, I will continue to watch it but its like watching a team stacked with superstars that just cant get it done do to poor couching.....wait a minute
They knew it was rick because rick was hiding under the bed and one of the claimer guys who was choked out on the floor saw rick underneath.
I'm not sure if it's because the writing/creative team views each half season as a separate and distinct mini season, as Scott Gimple suggested on Talking Dead, or if it's because this year they had to dedicate so much of the first half of the season to fixing season three's errors, but the way this show plots it's narrative arcs is just nutty. Sunday's episode would have made a much better mid-season finale, while the actual mid-season finale would have made a better season ender.
I actually liked a lot of the back half of this season, and liked what they were trying to do even when individual episodes didn't work for me, but in general their storytelling is just a bit wonky.
Agree with CF. This is not the type of cliffhanger that belongs at the end of the season, but the middle. Had they not messed up the entire governor storyline, this would have been what we got midseason and it would have been perfect. Now waiting a year or so for this to finish up? Whack.
And I agree about the flashbacks, they were total unnecessary filler. Give us new real present material if this is the freakin finale.
ahh.... now that makes sense... forgot about that choke-out part when he was under the bed.
The Walking Dead writers right here

Its comically bad for me at this point and I'm just watching because I happen to have been stoned and near a TV for the past three Sundays, and I just want all the main s to die.
How about that part where the Asian dumb drags that **** into the tunnel and they're gonna die, just to magically have the exact people they've been looking for come and save them at the last second. But then in the last episode they just watch a guy get eaten. That's total writing.
And I like how the whole "how the do they have endless ammo?" question never gets answered.
comics are way better about the ammo issue, they are always on the lookout/conserving and some even know how to reload from old casings.
