I'll tell you what its worth. It's worth squat. If someone says "the moon's cycles caused Tony to fear Batum", you don't spend your time refuting it. You roll your eyes and move on.
Are you 12-years old? You think Pop--Greg Popovich--may be "building up an excuse" for losing in the WCF?
Do you have any life experience? Whatsoever?
I share your doubt that TP is really "hurt", but I think it is fairly evident that TP was uncomfortable and the Spurs are being extra cautious. But your snipe that they may be building up an excuse is just mindless trolling.

I like the theory about Parker having diarrhea b/c he did looked at little stiff out there, no limping at all.
this CIA Pop BS of Parker faking an injury is re ed, and validated by Skip Bayless making the same points tbh...
Latest word is that Parker has to have both legs amputated at the knees. More info to follow.
fwiw. After the game last night, he texted a person I know and said he's perfectly fine.
Only legit if your friend works at the airport, tbh.
The look of disgust on Tony's face when he went to the locker room was the baby's diaper needed changing and he stayed
because it was bottle time.......
Skip Bayless gets paid to say things that will make people go on a message board and post about it.
Hopefully, he's healthy enough to shoot 23 shots in game 1.![]()
TP fizzles out in some series and dissapears at times since 03 or so, I can truly honestly see that if the Batum thing was working that much and he was ready to duck out! Mills played great in his place so once again Tony bailed out by a backup PG in a series![]()
Seriously he might have though, I would not rule that out.
Yeah, just heard that. Ridiculous. Tony Parker is a compe or, and he welcomed the compe ion of having his fellow countryman guarding him. Tony wouldn't have left the game if he wasn't hurt. No way.
MRI revealed Grade 1 strain.
Per Parker, "Not as bad as the NBA Finals. NBA Finals was a Grade 2. This one is Grade 1. So should be fine for Monday.”

He was really hurt, I was just namely getting at some in here being a wise ass who hate on Tony, tongue in cheek.NO that is GREAT NEWS! Forget Monday though lets get this going to Weds![]()
Damn, this makes me all the more happy the Spurs lost game 4. Potentially a week and a half off is way too much.
What is the risk of reinjury?
Er...if we won game 4 he wouldn't have hurt himself.
parker just needs acouple days of rest.....the whole team needs rest pretty much
17.2%, except on Tuesdays.
He could injured himself in game 1 of the next series instead. The fact he will receive therapy until then, he can now focus on rehabilitation and getting his leg stronger for the rest of the playoffs. Grade 1 strains are not that bad. Take less than a week to heal.
It is good news that it is not as bad a strain as last year's finals.
And as someone pointed out, he was fine for the next game because he had so many days off. But then when the games were every other day there was not enough time for a grade 2 sprain to recover fully, impacting his play in games 5, 6 and 7.
People on this board really do make asses out of themselves sometimes about Parker.
