Clips have a good future I think, certainly more bright than the Lakers in that area.

Captain Obvious with the in-depth analysis here--but then, they may not have that bright of a future with Sterling promising a prolonged court battle for control as well as Shirley Sterling wanting in on the action. That could be the wild card in all of this...

They need to take the ball out of Paul's hands. It's just too easy to stop a team who's PG dominates the ball so much. I know Paul had some big games, but OKC could lock him down on any given possession when they felt the urgency to. I'm not saying, "Chris needs help!" either. I am saying the Clips need to get a ball-handler so that they can have a more free-flowing offensive system that doesn't allow Paul to hog the ball. He's just not good enough. Iggy would have been great for them.

It also doesn't help they none of their wings are better than Danny Green, let alone Leonard or Manu. They probably should have tried to get Afflalo over Dudley and kept Butler over getting Re . They need to prioritize getting a bona-fide defender like Tony Allen in the off-season as well. Getting more slashers and fewer shooters would help diversify their offense.
