Actually, UZER, T.E. from Spurstalk was visiting Thunderfans.com, so I decided to drop in over here. I've read this board off and on whenever the Thunder is preparing to play the Spurs and I registered a while back. I come in peace....

Not really, his site has actual fans with knowledge of the game. Dude's in here could coach circles around some NBA coaches. No other fan site is even close to having the knowledge exhibited on here.

It's tough to decipher the difference between bad takes and bad trolling on Spurstalk. While I will acknowledge there are some vey knowledgeable posters on this forum, none of them can run circles around coaches in the NBA. If that were the case, maybe some of these so called "dude's" should start putting together their resumes and forum posts and sending them to teams with open vacancies.

You could be right about other forums. I've only been to a few. I thought Lakersground had some pretty intelligent takes from some pretty knowledgable fans.

Nah, most of the "regulars" on Thunderfans are pretty even keeled (well, watch out for Smoklahoma ). We enjoy the banter, and its been really cool to have the influx of posters from New Zealand since the Adams kid took off. They know their rugby!

Probably the most annoying fanbase in the NBA.

They gloat about their 4 les all the time, but they haven't won crap since 2007.

They proclaim their team as a Dynasty, but we all know the spurts were never able to win consecutive championships, the great Phil Jackson said it himself, "They are a great team but NOT a Dynasty"

Spurts fans on the internet are even worse, they have a message board called Spurstalk.com a forum full of bullies and ignorant fans and trolls.

If you want to discuss basketball with real spurts fans I recommend spursreport.com less traffic but they don't allow bullies or trolls.

I wonder who this Slam_dunk_on_u troll is...sounds like a laker troll from ST.

I highly recommend spursreport.com if you feel like having some alone time and talking to yourself

Pretty much, tbh. I don't even mind them beating us. They're a great collection of talented individual players. I dislike the out of their team but I respect them (because they're individually good I guess). They just have a set of fans on that forum that are really self-en led (realgm OKC fans aren't even that bad, which tells you something) They don't like the banter when it's back in their direction. It is really made, but whatever. I've already said I'll root for anybody, even Satan, if they play the OKC Thunder. I guess that pissed them off.
