Although it usually leads to nothing, this is one of my favorite times on ST. Not only is there excitement that is usually unfounded, but people talk basketball on a consistent basis, people learn & it leads to good conversations about the NBA in general.
Same here. Beats the mid-season cliff-jumpers, player-bashing, ect...

(although Ayres does deserve bashing 95% of the time)

Gasol would be amazing in our offense but he's got a lot of wear at this stage of his career. Isn't nearly as mobile as he was and would be a turnstile on d.

He'd be really nice to add but I wouldn't lose Bobo or Tiago to get him.

OKC going after Mike Miller per Stein. Also Miller posted a picture of him and Durant together. I really hope he doesn't go there.
Miller's not a free agent is he? Did Memphis only sign him to a one year deal?

About what I expected Lowery to get. Overpaid but Toronto couldn't let him go.

    Houston
    Miami
    Lakers

    Please stay Melo!

I can't wait to see the Mavs offer a max contract to Chandler Parsons.

I doubt Toronto still matches an offer sheet for Vasquez.

Assuming Melo stays in NY, Deng seems like their only option considering Houston would match Parsons offer sheet.

They won't claim him off waivers but they'd be a good bet to sign him to a cheap deal once he becomes a FA.

I don't think he will make it. Somebody will put a bid in for him.
