because colonizers exploited third world countries and taught them english, french, etc. now you have refugees and educated individuals retracing their steps back to the colonizers. imo, it actually works more for the benefit of the US because we attract so many hardworking, english speaking specialists from those nations. not only do we exploit third world countries for resources, we do it for labor as well. ask germany about turkey.

world population is going to continue to decline as households become less nuclear and you have both men and women fighting over the same jobs. it's really not anything to worry about unless you're concerned about ethnic mixing, but it's completely natural to look for someone with a diverse gene pool that way your kids aren't susceptible to diseases. and the only reason if ethnic mixing bothers you is if you're not getting laid enough yourself.
