Did I say he was shot in the back? If I did then I was wrong. The other 2 have not been proven or disproved. No evidence that the cop didn't reach for him first and engage him first or that he charged the officer.

Ok. The cop lets the perp run away on foot, and the cop stays in the car to follow like you said. The perp bolts for the nearest house, breaks in, gets his hands on a gun, and maybe even a hostage or two. Now you have to shutdown an entire neighborhood because you have a hostage standoff with an armed man that doesn't want to go to jail. Good call Sherlock.

I don't think there is a right or wrong here. Just different points of view. Mike Brown is dead and nothing will bring him back. I do believe that the cop used unnecessary force though and should be punished to the full extent of the law.
