    I think the argument is slimming down the shot clock gives more talented schools an even bigger advantage
    fair point but the disparity of talent is another issue entirely. Its unwatchable. 30 seconds of cutting and passing before a contested jumper. A 24 shot clock would make the end of games much more exiting. If a team is down 10 with less than 4 minute remaining its probably over teams can hold the ball 30 seconds before shooting.
