This guy leans heavily on BPM...here are the Spurs playoff leaders for the last 4 seasons in that stat:
2014 - Tiago Splitter
2013 - Dejuan Blair
2012 - Boris Diaw
2011 - Danny Green

You have no room here got, worry about your own team who cannot seem to get over the hump of that daunting 2nd round.
Damn- Apa and Harlem have been like
For a hot minute. It's honestly getting weird if they aren't alts.
Um, you're ignoring minutes played, and more importantly, I don't lean heavily on anything..Parker's advanced metrics were all terrible in the playoffs, he ranked last or 2nd last in virtually every number among Spurs rotation players..
When I'm looking at these numbers, I'm not looking at them individually, nor am I looking at the individual leader, etc..I'm looking for notable numbers that stand out among everything, and Parker's BPM number stands out because it's behind the rest of the team by an astronomical amount, and it's historically bad for a player on a championship team..
outstanding challenges to HArlem by K...
Who would be better for the spurs system from the years 2008 to 2013?
What does the existing data tell you about Parker in the 2015 playoffs?
Take your time...
It is if you're not a spurs fan.
Wow. I'm losing respect for this guy post by post.
I held him pretty high too- on this board.
Not generally. I have to keep the standards pretty damn low for this place.
I even have to dumb myself down.
Ya'll understand...
post of the year tbh
Two thumbs up....

True Dat....
Here's all I'm saying...Malik is making it sound like Parker had a negative +/- in the playoffs in 2014. Of course that's not true...he was +133 overall and +41 in the Finals. I think there are some people who actually think that the Spurs didn't build leads with Parker on the floor. We all get that our bench tended to outscore the other team's bench by more...so when you're Parker and are in rotation with Monta, Lilliard, Westbrook, and Lebron, the adjusted stat can be skewed. But Malik makes it sounds like the Spurs started losing the game when Parker was on the floor overall, which was obviously not the case in the playoffs or the Finals.
Harlem is nothing more than a button pusher who hides behind easily manipulated context when it comes to numbers.
It's sad to say he's a top poster here, but he is.
I will say that a ton of folks don't know the first thing about these stats. That goes both for those who regurgitate bad stats and for those who throw out unsubstantiated criticisms of those stats.
You should say "TP has been sucking the entire season, he's overpaid"
It's really not that hard to do, is it?
I have....countless times. Try again got.
The only one that admitted he's been sucking is Brazil.
Well I guess there are two now...
And I don't think you (or anybody else) read every single post. Plenty of "Enrique fanboys" will admit that Parker has had an awful year....not just me and Brazil.
I don't give a damn who scores the most points...whether it be Kawhi, TP, Manu, Verde, Timmy, MVPatty...as long as THE SPURS get the "W"...fine with me.
Player fans
What about getting rid of this stupid name?
I'm amazed how almost everybody use it, it's like admitting the trolls took over ST...![]()
It happened.
Don't pretend.
They run the circus. This is like LA during the riots, Greece a year ago, just flow with the anarchy.
Lose yourself.
It's kind of fun here in the land of the lawless.
Thanks for starting this thread. I was able to add 5 more morons to my ignore list.
