I love how they ignore the fact that when Manu has his best playoff run in years, the Spurs end up dominating the post-season. Parker fans are truly a rare breed of stupid.
Believe it or not, there are actually Spurs fans who happen to be fans of Manu AND Tony. Most of these posters making it an "either or" situation are simply trolling.

spurs are 6 in the west, far from meaningless. if the spurs dont get at least the 4 seed they aint winning .
No actually, seeding doesn't matter. They can win any series on the road. But they'll still end up top 4 most likely.

seeding does matter. we dont have prime tim. spurs arent winning 3 straight series on the road period. hopefully we get the 4 seed at least.

Also, relying on one player to squeak out a victory doesn't bode well for Cleveland.

The Spurs are back to playing fluid team basketball, which is much more promising for the long-run.

Almost impossible to win four series without homecourt. 2008 Spurs looked gassed after playing just two series without homecourt(Hornets and Lakers). There's a reason why only one team has ever won a le as a bottom four seed.

if it was a pf/center/ or any other position than pg doing it then they might have a chance. pg's dont carry teams to les. not in this day and age anyways.

Just like the 3-OT game vs. Memphis earlier in the season, this was one of the most entertaining games in NBA history, doesn't really mean anything in the long run, tbh..

IF the Spurs somehow make the Finals, the cavs will likely have HCA because of this game tbh. Took a 2-game lead on us because of it. So it may very well have further repercussions.
