I like Rice and Harper. I'm off for a Sunday night fling... check these out.
I saw that.
I first heard Burnside on..."My Black Name A-Ringin'" CD on Adelphi/Genes Records. These were his 1969 recordings. I first heard Junior Kimbrough, Asie Payton, Scott Dunbar, T-Model Ford, Paul Jone, Super Chikin,Charles Caldwell, Robert Belfour Jimmie Lee Wiliams on Fat Possum.

Have fun. Don't let him in your mouth.
Very nice, I liked that. I have some Cornell should have mentioned him.
Are you ever going to stop talking to the audience? You are too wrapped up.."seE me everyone I'm funny huh?" ok? Talk to me/others not the audience, ok guy? And...GROW THE UP!
My bad. I kind of thought we had a thing going. Like Abbot and Costello. You're the straight man who knows all kinds of facts and I'm the carefree handsome guy that always has witty things to say and I'm always bailing you out of trouble that you get into with the bookies.
Ok man, you are just too damn dumb to get it. You can't get away from trying to look funny, and it doesn't work, trust me.
Ok. We'll start over. Who do you was the best guitar player that came through Whitesnake?

Then as you sit there watching the smoke from the incense drift aimlessly towards the ceiling, you notice Old Blue Eyes. And right beside him Miles and Jellyroll.

Love the background vocals...
Just got back from jury duty. yep another young Mexican male in trouble, this time it was receiving stolen goods and then selling them.
When you get to the jury selection area of the courthouse they have that days "docket" 95% Gomez, Hernandez, Garcia, Sanchez, sheesh.
Then after the movie and waiting around with nobody too concerned with your time you all get shuffled into the jury room. The judge explains how proud you should be to have...
To make a long story short all the Mexicans there play the old...me no speaky Engleessh...so there they go while all us whites are stuck.
So when my turn came....
Avante..can we talk in private? (something that was being done)
So there we are, me. the judge, two laywers and two cops standing in a little side room.
Avante....when I left the house this morning my wife said..."I bet it's another young hispanic"...I grinned in agreement. The reason she said that is because everytime I get called it it's that same guy and here he is again. Look at your docket for today, nothing but hispanics in trouble. How can you expect me to not be bias?
Judge....you can go.
Avante...
It was easier than I expected. If I'd got some static...
Avante....and you asked if anyone knew the defendant, well I don't know him but thought he looked familiar. I think I saw him over at my son in law's cousin house, we went there to pick up a frig he'd bought. Chris is hispanic and all his family is into gangs, you know Johnny Mendoza*** (looking at the cops) right?
Maybe next time.
*** this is true.

jury questionnaire : have you been convicted of a felony?
Avante: I wasn't convicted but I did have sex with a child once. But it was oversees. And at home, I just masturbate while watching them through a peephole.
judge: you can go
I did turn myself in once.
Avante....I;m turning myself in for rape?
Cop....who did you rape?
Avante....some Fhilipino bar girl back in Olongapo in the early 70's.
Another Cop...I was over there then, remember the Pussy Cat Club?
Avante.... yes, huge dance floor.
Cop....isn't pros ution legal there and age a non factor?
Avante...yep!
Another Cop....I got so much butt out of there, amazing.
Avante...ya don't feel guilty?
Another Cop... no!
Avante...so forget about this?
Cop...so how is that slanted pussy?
Avante...well, you do feel like...................
It is kind of cool to talk with the dummies here, I do get tired of dealing with intelligent adults. This is far easier.
All about the mood.
A stiff drink on any kind of day works with that song.
