This is essentially a playoff game IMO..

A W probably leads to the 2 seed, a L probably leads to a first-round matchup with a tough Clippers team without HCA..

Curry had a monster game last night, which means this could be Harden's last shot at MVP..additional incentive + the Rockets needing this W to have any shot at the 2 seed..they probably need HCA more than the Spurs, too..

Can't come out slow like they did last game..

I doubt they will have Terry and Prigioni covering Parker again, I would imagine McHale will try Brewer or an alternative..

Jones was a complete non-factor last game, they'll probably get him more involved early on(he killed the Spurs last year)..H

Howard will play 30+, as well, which could be a problem, as he completely dominated Tim last game..might need more Baynes..

there's really no reason for the Rockets to play Terry or Prigs more than 5+ mins each if they aren't hitting shots. Just put Harden at the 1 and Brewer/Ariza on the wings and that's a tough lineup for the Spurs to exploit.

HH is right in that Howard abused Tim last game and I really doubt Harden scores less than 30+ tonight.

Yeah, those unnecessary losses were bad and I remember myself ing because someday we were going to feel it, Spurs had easily like 8 dumb losses this season and refs did some damage too.

Hmmm...last I read Howard was on a minutes limit and couldnt play more than 28 mins...
