I guess you see what you want to see.
all good points
ball movement and 3 pts shooting will be key to break dat double team
I guess you see what you want to see.
He would probably include me even though Kawhi is my favorite player.
If you were a betting man, would you bet on Kawhi figuring out the double teams before Tony figures out Chris Paul/Austin Rivers or the other way around?
This post sums up this thread, tbh.
Holy @ this already reaching 15 pages
Y'all realize this is all trolling, right? These people aren't serious. They're doing it specifically to warrant responses like thisSure, they might actually think Parker sucks at this point, but they don't actually think he's the sole problem or that no other players are to blame.
When it's appropriate I'd imagine. Yesterday isn't on Parker.
Props to Brazil for the popcorn.![]()
When is it appropriate? Tell me. Because last night was a fest from Parker.
They're so far gone in their schtick that they're easy to counter-troll now. Look how much hemming and hawing they did in this thread. They literally spend hours a day attacking Parker.Trolling only works if you're expending far less energy than the people you're attempting to troll.

Tony, he was the FMVP before Kiwi so he is smarter.
we all over parker and his fans with nothing but stats. not sure what you're seeing. oh that's right you're too edgy for all of this.![]()
4-11 shooting, 1 assist, 2 turnovers. Not an appropriate time to blame Parker.Dem Kobe-like fans tho.
Kobe assist means get the rebound.![]()
One game. Danny Green shot 1 for 7 from three, but that doesn't mean he isn't a dangerous three point shooter that is always a threat to make it. Also, assists require teammates to hit shots and finish layups, that didn't happen quite a bit in the Spurs offense. We missed a lot of open shots and lay ups. That's not all on Parker.
Parker has been all season. I already showed you the stats. Not sure what the else you Parker fans want to see. Un ing believable.
me in this thread after reading parker fan posts

You are looking for an opinion or just using that to throw another cute punch at Parker ?
He's been up and down, but during the time when the Spurs played the best basketball, he was their starting point guard and he was playing well. You may not like him, but when you are advocating playing Cojo or Mills for 30 minutes, then you have to wonder if you have any idea what you are talking about. And Pop sees the same stats that you look at, and he's smart enough to know that they do not answer everything. Especially when Parker gets his stats against starters, and Mills and Cojo get their stats against third and fourth string players.

"So when a player shows improvement in an area as important as shooting, how do you balance that against his decline in other areas? Each overall player metric weights these things differently. I like math, so I find the case for Wins Produced, which places a higher value on passing and rebounding than metrics like PER, compelling, and Parker’s Wins Produced this year says that he’s a below average player, dragged down by basically everything he does that isn’t shooting the ball.
Fortunately, the Spurs employ two above-average point guards: Cory Joseph and Patty Mills. These players aren’t completely interchangeable. The energetic Mills is an up-tempo player and excellent three-point shooter while Joseph is more adept at facilitating the offense and finishing at the rim. But both Mills and Joseph are playing at a higher overall level than Parker, and the Spurs should explore lineups that take advantage of their skills. It’d be a shame to see Joseph lose minutes to Parker as he returns.
Not all measures agree with this assessment of the Spurs’ point guards (if you’re a diehard PER partisan, you’re not going to find this persuasive), but Parker and Joseph’s on/off court numbers this season support the case: ESPN’s on-court impact metrichas Cory Joseph ranked a respectable 21stamong all NBA point guards, with Tony Parker coming in at 75. The Spurs just aren’t playing as well when Parker is on the floor."
