Hopefully our boys close Thurs. Couple guys look like they can use a day or 2 of rest.
Harden doesn't have Durant or WB playing next to him. Houston best perimeter players after Harden are probably Ariza and Terry. As long as whoever is guarding Ariza doesn't leave his man, the Spurs should easily shut down the Rockets perimeter game.

Very important that they close out on Thursday. For one, a game 7 on the road is never something you want to deal with. Secondly, we could use all the rest we can get. Duncan has had to play a lot of minutes this series, and will have to battle with Dwight next round. Splitter still doesn't look 100%. Parker is on the verge of losing his legs if he keeps getting injuredWould be great for us to close out on Thursday and have 3 days off before the 2nd round starts on Monday.
Singlehandely?? R u on crack?
Yeah, really no need to emphasize the importance of winning this tomorrow at home. Hope the 3's fall from Green, Beli, Leonard, and Mills and the floodgates open. No one wants to see the Spurs struggle to score in the last 3 minutes of the game like last night. Spurs really have trouble scoring down the stretch and they can't rely on Duncan carrying them or fluke shots. Just blow the Clippers out.
The 4 losses:
2003 West Finals Game 5 v. DAL
2005 West Finals Game 4 v. PNX
2005 NBA Finals Game 6 v. DET
2006 West Semis Game 7 v. DAL
Yup. It's on the Rockets website. Monday would be ideal if the Spurs close out tomorrow. Four days between games. That's good enough to get rest without getting rusty and losing momentum. Plus, the trip to Houston is only 45 minutes. Finish the Clippers off!!
I just meant that he broke our back over and over in that game. We win Game 5 that series is ours.
Damn I remember stewing after all those games, especially Game 7 against Dallas. Still pisses me off thinking about it.![]()
