Yeah, it's S&T or bust now. However, it could be harbinger to such a move, seeing as they have three SFs on the roster, and Ariza was almost certain to go in any sign-and-trade.

Eh, not really. I used to run 70-77 miles a week for a couple of years but didn't finish my best marathon time until last year, when I ran the SF marathon in 2 hours and 48 minutes and that was while I cut down my weekly mileage to the current 40-49. Besides that, now I'm just running to keep fit and have already done the NYC, BOSTON, SAN JOSE, AND SAN FRANCISCO marathons. That's enough for my compe ive days.

Nice run. I haven't broken 2:50 yet; that's my goal for this fall at California International. 2:51:03 is my best, and at 45, I don't know how many more PRs I have.

Basically. Tell LMA to shop around, enjoy the frenzy, see what teams will throw at him. Those desperate enough to try will nuke their rosters for cap space, Pop still walks with LMA's signature and a few decimated rivals.
