I think TP was gassed after two Finals and Eurobasket in between. He doesn't have to be 2008 TP just score when needed and distribute the ball and we'll be fine...
why make him go away from it? Its unstoppable and hes comfortable with it. His all around offensive game is absolutely insane. I had never payed that close attention to him, but my god, his footwork is impeccable. When he wants to drive and score he does. Just an incredible talent.

He had successful surgery May 23 I think he'll be sidelined for at least another month but it was his non shooting hand so no worries.
It's hard to block since he's so long and his release point is so high, but it can be turned into a low percentage shot by the right defender. Like I said Splitter have him toms of fits in the '14 playoffs.
I agree about the rest of his post game though. That's why I'd like to see less of the turnaround fadeaway. He's had a tendency to rely on it too much.

Agree imo.
As I said .make everyones life easier. Basically our offense will be cake. Then spurs can have tons of energy on defense

I think it was the other way around... after a championship and no National team ball he was out of shape and could not cope with injuries. He has to copy Manu's eating behavior and TDs offseason training regime. Then he will be fine ...
