Brady Blowjobbers are conveniently omitting how less fumbles occur with the under inflated. Esp in cold and often misty - rainy New England weather.

Less fumbles = more possessions = way more wins.
One of the good posters at SpursTalk posted a link to the stats for the Cheatriots since they started deflating.
Also tracked players who played for another team, joined the Cheats, then got traded again.

They fumble at the normal NFL rate on the non Cheating teams.
Patriot got will attribute this to some *tough* strategy by Bellicheat.

SMH sell these ass s more products. They swallow.

So now that the Brady appeal transcript is out, it's revealed

    1. The NFL knew about the Colts complaints well before the game (Troy Vincent lied about this)
    2. The Ravens did tell the Colts to look into it (John Harbaugh lied about this)
    3. Neither Ted Wells nor the NFL ever told Brady he could be punished for not giving up his phone
    4. The NFL had no clue that lower temperatures could affect air pressure in footballs
    5. NFL officials violated their own rules by going into the refs' locker room to test the balls at halftime
    6. The "independent" lawyers working with Ted Wells were examining witnesses FOR THE NFL at the hearing
    7. The NFL punished Brady using a rule they admitted wasn't subject to players
    8. The NFL wanted this appeal transcript sealed, the NFLPA wanted it made public

but no, Brady is the one who had something to hide

    Don't worry BatManu20 (my )....

When the NFL season kicks off ESPN will turn back into Dallas Cowboys Television 24/7. You'll soon be happy again...

I typically hate that too my dude. Just gives people more reason to hate the Cowboys and bring up the fact that we haven't been relevant in almost 20 years. But I digress.

Bucs fan, eh? You from Florida or how did that work?

My elementary school was called the Buccaneers (the old orange creamsicle colors). That's when I picked them up. They were god awful back then...then got pretty good...now back to god awful.

I'm from Mississippi...no hometown pro teams to root for. Most people here are Saints fans though...

Ahh right on. I actually used to like the Bucs back in the day when I was growing up. They were the 2nd team I rooted for, back when they had Warrick Dunn, Mike Alstott, Derrick Brooks, Ronde Barber, Keyshawn, John Lynch, etc. That was a great team. I used to own a Dunn jersey too. That was a long time ago though. Y'all have been pretty much ever since. Same as us until last year and minus 2009.

I don't really want to agree with Kim Jong-il, but that transcript didn't do the NFL many favors in terms of demonstrating that it acted fairly as to Brady.

Brady's evasive, unquestionably, but the science the NFL relies upon is hardly compelling and Goodell's opinion after the appeal just ignores or pretty blatantly misstates the evidence against the league's conclusions.

I don't know that any of that is enough to convince a judge to find an abuse of discretion in the NFL's process, but there's plenty here to explain Brady's unwillingness to simply accept a punishment and his continuing insistence that he didn't do anything wrong.

at this point i'll be moderately surprised if goodell is still in charge a year from now. After reporting on multiple occasions that the Wells report was indipendent, now they argue that it may not have been and it also doesn't need to be.. this has become hilarious honestly..

If Goodell losses this fight, there will be a bunch of calls for his job, etc, until the owners look at the next financial report, after which nobody will complain about Goodell again until the next botched disciplinary action.

Judge shreds Goodell like any logical person should

Finally, Berman said he could not understand how the commissioner opted to keep a four-game suspension over some other penalty. He asked what portion of it was for involvement in a deflated football scheme and what part was because Goodell concluded Brady didn't cooperate with the probe.

He also was troubled by Goodell's defense of the penalty on the grounds that it was comparable to penalties on players who use performance enhancing drugs.

When NFL lawyer Daniel Nash said both violations are an effort to gain a compe ive advantage, the judge responded: ''I still don't see how the four games is comparable to a player using steroids.''''It goes to the integrity of the game,'' Nash said.

The judge used stronger language than he had when he seemed to lean against the NFL at a similar hearing a week earlier, though he cautioned that he had not yet made up his mind which side would win.......

In an interview with ESPN.com, Joe Thomas touched on many elements of the deflated football saga and ruling, and on the authority of Goodell. He called Goodell's decision "completely ridiculous" because the league allows quarterbacks to go to great lengths to make game footballs the way they want them.
"If you want [quarterbacks] to play with a brand new football that comes out of the box, then make that the rule," Thomas said. "If you're going to allow them to break it in because you want more passing yards, then let them do whatever they want.
"Who cares if they throw a football that has no air pressure? What does it matter? Why don't we let the quarterbacks do whatever they want to the football? I don't understand why there's any rules."

"We know [quarterbacks] already doctor [footballs] 99 percent, why do we care about the one percent in the air pressure?" Thomas said. "Why does that matter? Nobody's even explained why that even matters."
Thomas said Brady is not a cheater.
"I think he's trying to do everything he can to gain a compe ive advantage to help him do his job better, which is to throw the football," Thomas said. ""Why should we be punishing a guy that wants to do his job better?"

"I would equate what [Tom Brady] did to driving 66 [mph] in a 65 speed zone, and getting the death penalty."

I wouldn't read too much into that. I think if anything he's simply trying to push the NFL to settle out of fear that its pants will get pulled down again in court.

blowing your wads this early. I'm genuinely shocked at losing a 1st rounder, aside from that pretty much expected the rest. Brady will be playing Week 1. Any impartial arbitrator will easily throw this suspension out.
