Plus, Mike Florio pointed out that Berman ignoring the NFLPA's complaint about evident partiality with Goodell as arbitrator might be a strategic move. He deserved a $25,000 dollar fine like whats in the CBA. Four game suspension came out of thin air. Wells report is a joke. Brady may have done something but the NFL botched this.

Actually the way the Judge absolutely hammered the NFL was predicted by very few people. This is the entertainment industry and the actors just won a huge decision.
